How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and usually arrive in 7-14 business days anywhere in Australia. Shipping is free.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by December 5 to have it in time for Christmas.
Can I send it straight to the person?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout. There's no price or invoice in the package.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a shipping email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
